The winners of the CONTACT ATTEMPT open call for generative artists from all over the world were announced today at a special event in the Hamburg Planetarium. The Open Call, initiated by the art meets science – Foundation Herbert W. Franke, had attracted 155 participants from 46 countries. Find here all awarded finalists and Special Awards.
The Winners –First Prize
Two multimedia works that scored the same number of points in the jury assessment were awarded first prize.

“Special Awards” from the foundation
These awards were given out of competition from the foundation because the works were not submitted in time and so could not be implemented in the finalist section.
